  • $50 a session.

  • 1:1 Coach to Client Ratio.

  • 45 min-1HR Workout Sessions.

  • Perfect for people who may have chronic illnesses, injuries, or are in need of a slower pace.

  • A great way to focus on specific goals for strength training and/or weight loss.

Semi-Private Training.

  • $25 a session for Youth Athletes and $20 a session for Adults.

  • No more than 2-8 people working out during the same training session.

  • 45 min-1 HR workout sessions.

  • Great for teammates, family members, friends, co-workers, etc.

  • Experience personal training in a small-group setting.
